Privacy policy

1. Data controller

2. What we process and why
- Contact form — full name, company name, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your message. Purpose: handling your enquiry, arranging a consultation and preparing a proposal (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Site analytics — we use a self-hosted instance of Umami, a cookie-less analytics tool that does not collect personally identifiable data. For a portion of visits (~15%) an anonymised session replay is recorded with typed content masked — solely to improve the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Anti-spam — the form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical browser data to tell humans from bots.
3. Recipients
Form data lands in our enquiry-handling systems run on Microsoft services (Azure DevOps, Microsoft Teams — Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.) and on the servers of our hosting provider. We do not sell data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Retention
We keep enquiry data for the duration of our correspondence and for up to 12 months afterwards — unless we start working together, in which case data is processed for the duration of the engagement and any statutory periods.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, to restrict processing and to object. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (PUODO, uodo.gov.pl). For any data matters write to [email protected].
6. Voluntariness
Providing data in the form is voluntary but necessary to handle your enquiry. We make no decisions based solely on automated processing and we do not profile users.
